If you no longer need Konzertmeister, you have the option to delete your user account.
Delete account in the app
You can delete your Konzertmeister user account in the Konzertmeister apps (Android, iOS, Web). Below, we explain the procedure for the Android app.
Click the Menu button at the top left (next to Filter appointments) in the appointment overview.
In the side menu, select Profile to open the profile.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the profile view. Here you will find the button Delete account.
Clicking the Delete account button will display a confirmation message asking if the account should really be deleted. Confirm this to delete your user account completely and irrevocably.

What data is deleted?
All data associated with the user will be completely and irrevocably deleted. This includes both personal user data (name, email, password, and other optional profile data) and all data created during the use of Konzertmeister in connection with the user, such as invitations to appointments, received messages, responses to surveys, and all other user-related data.
If the user has purchased a paid subscription for which an invoice was issued, personal data processing of invoice data will continue until the end of the legal retention period (currently generally 7 years after the end of the business year of the transaction).
