General information

You have the option to export and share Konzertmeister appointments as a list in the form of an appointment list link (HTML). Subsequently, you can also integrate this list into websites, such as your association's homepage.

Note: The export of appointments as an appointment list link is only available in the web app at https://web.konzertmeister.app.

Create an appointment list link

To create an appointment list link for your association, please follow these steps:

1. Click on Export appointments in the appointments overview.

2. Choose Appointment list in the appointment export view.

3. Using the filter settings, you can define which appointments should appear in the list, whether the list should be displayed in light or dark mode, and how many appointments should be displayed at most.

4. Based on the filter settings, an appointment list link will be generated, which can be copied, shared, and opened in a browser.

   Note: The appointment list displays only future appointments and will always update automatically.

Embed the appointment list into a website

The appointment list link also provides the option to embed the appointment list into a website. To make this as simple as possible, we offer a configurator that prepares the code for embedding into the website.

Please follow these steps:

1. First, define through the filter settings which appointments should be visible in the list (see the previous point Create an appointment list link).

2. Select the appropriate values, such as the maximum width and height of the list, as well as whether the list should be placed within a frame.

   Directly below the filter values, the already prepared Code for embedding into a website will be displayed. This code can be copied for further use.

   There is also a preview of the completed list (see the next point).

3. To check the results of the filter and display settings, a Preview will be displayed below the Copy code button. This preview updates automatically when the settings are changed.
