Print appointment list and export as CSV

You have the option to print Konzertmeister appointments and export them as a CSV file for further editing.

Note: Printing and exporting appointments as a CSV file is only available in the web app at https://web.konzertmeister.app.

Procedure

To print appointments or export them as a CSV file, please follow these steps:

1. Click on Export appointments in the appointment overview.

2. Select Print / CSV in the appointment export view.

3. Use the filter settings to define which appointments should appear in the list. You also have the option to adjust the displayed appointment data using the filter element Optional columns.

   Then click Show appointments.

4. Based on the filter settings, a table with the matching appointments will be created. You can Print this table or Export as CSV.

   Note: If you click on the table's header (default is "appointments"), you can change it for printing purposes.
