General information

Konzertmeister appointments can also be integrated into a private calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook) via URL. The URL only needs to be entered once. Newly created appointments will automatically update and appear in the calendar.

Important!

The update frequency of the appointments from Konzertmeister depends on the calendar itself. It may take several hours for newly created appointments to appear in the calendar. This is beyond the control of Konzertmeister.

Calendar export

The following options are available for exporting to your private calendar:

• Association-specific calendar links
• Include past appointments (only with a Pro subscription)
• Global association-specific calendar links (only available for association leaders with a Pro subscription)

Association-specific calendar links

To separate the appointments of your associations clearly in your calendar, you can select a specific association where you are a member and generate a separate link specifically for that association's appointments to integrate them into your calendar.

Include past appointments

Previously, past appointments disappeared from your calendar. If you wish to retain them, you can specify during link generation that past appointments should still appear in your calendar. This can be helpful for creating logs or simply looking back at when certain appointments occurred.

Global association-specific calendar links (for Leaders)

If you want to integrate all association appointments into your website or share them with someone, as a leader of an association, you can create a global link for a specific association and use it accordingly. Regardless of who is invited, all association appointments included in this subscription will be delivered.

Export options in the apps

To export appointments on Android, click the profile picture (or initials) at the top right of the appointment list and select Export appointments from the context menu.

In the calendar export view, you can select between the following export options:

• Under Standard export, a universal calendar link is available, which includes all appointments.
• Under Extended export, you can select an association to generate a link for only that association's appointments. Various options can be selected with checkboxes to filter the appointments to be exported.

Copy the calendar link to your clipboard.

Importing the calendar link

Depending on your calendar, you can then create a new calendar using the copied calendar link.

• Add calendar subscription in iOS
  • Copy the calendar link to your clipboard in the Miscellaneous menu.
  • Open Settings > Accounts & passwords > Add account.
  • Select Other.
  • Select Add subscribed calendar.
  • Paste the copied URL into the text field and select Next.
  • Enter a meaningful description (e.g., "Konzertmeister Events").
  • Follow the rest of the system's instructions.
• Add calendar subscription in macOS
  • Open Apple Calendar.app.
  • Select File > New calendar subscription … from the menu.
  • Paste the Konzertmeister calendar link.
• Apple Help for macOS / iOS
• Help for Outlook
• Add calendar subscription in Samsung Calendar (via Google)
  • Open the Samsung Calendar on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Tap the three horizontal lines at the top of the screen, then tap the gear icon.
  • Select + Add new account.
  • You will see all the available accounts that can sync with your Samsung Calendar.
  • Select Google from the list and follow the on-screen instructions on your Samsung device.
  • Restart the Samsung Calendar and tap the three horizontal lines. At the bottom, you will find Sync now.
  • Your Google appointments will now display in your Samsung Calendar.
• Add calendar subscription in Samsung Calendar (via Fire iCalSync App)
  • You can use the Fire iCalSync app to sync the Konzertmeister calendar URL on your smartphone.
