If no push notifications are displayed, two components might be responsible:

First, please check if push notifications are enabled for the Konzertmeister app on your smartphone:

If push notifications are enabled in the operating system, please check the setting in your profile within the app. The toggle for Push notifications must be active.

If you do not receive notifications, disable this toggle, wait a few seconds, and then enable it again. Close and restart the app afterward. This will re-register the device with the push service.

If none of this helps, please try deleting and reinstalling the app (download it from Google Play or the App Store).
