By default, replies and reply reasons to appointments are only visible to members with the leader and co-leader roles.

If desired, other members can also be allowed to see the replies and reasons from their colleagues. This setting can be adjusted per association.

To make replies visible to everyone, follow these steps:

  1. In the Association overview, select your association and then click the Settings button (gear icon) in the association details.

  2. In the Edit view, you can adjust the following visibility settings:

    • Visibility of replies
      Here, you can specify who can see the replies of other participants to an appointment.

    • Visibility of reply reasons
      Here, you can specify who can see the reasons for the replies of other participants to an appointment — for example, the reason someone cannot attend a rehearsal.

    To adjust the Visibility of replies, you can select one of the following options from the dropdown:

    • Leaders and Co-leaders
      Only members with a leader or co-leader role can see replies.

    • Section / Group
      In addition to leaders, everyone within the section or group can see the replies of their section or group colleagues.

    • Everyone
      Everyone can see all replies.

    To adjust the Visibility of reply reasons, you can select one of the following options from the dropdown:

    • Leaders and Co-leaders
      Only members with a leader or co-leader role can see reasons.

    • Section / Group
      In addition to leaders, everyone within the section or group can see the reasons of their section or group colleagues. For this setting to work, the Visibility of replies must be set to Everyone or Section / Group.

    • Everyone
      Everyone can see all reasons. For this setting to work, the Visibility of replies must also be set to Everyone!

  3. After adjusting the visibility settings, click Save.
