If the added person is an already registered member with their own account, the name cannot be changed manually. In this case, the data is automatically taken from the member's personal profile.
This means that changes to the name can only be made by the member themselves directly in their profile. After the name has been updated there, it will also be automatically displayed correctly in the organization.
