In Konzertmeister, association appointments can be created by leaders. If an appointment is created for you, you will receive a notification via push notification and / or email.

Appointment overview
Once you have been informed about a new appointment, you will find it in your appointment overview. To do this, go to My appointments in the menu. You will then see a list of your upcoming appointments. The appointment list is also always the first view when opening the app.

Structure of the appointment view
The appointment view is divided into the following areas:
- In the left date area you can see when the appointment will take place and how long a reply is still possible.
- In the middle area you can see the appointment title and, if applicable, a preview of the description as well as an overview of the given responses (for leaders).
- In the right area, the logo of the association as well as the group (for a group appointment) is displayed. Furthermore, you can see what type of appointment it is.
