There are two ways for members to join your association:

  • You actively add them.
  • They search for your association and send a membership request.

In the second case, the association leaders receive a notification that a new membership request has been received.

This membership request can either be confirmed or deleted. For unconfirmed members, the information Membership request pending is displayed in the association's member overview.

To respond to the membership request, click on the member. The member details will open.

There you can then Confirm member or Delete membership request.

After successful confirmation, the member will be added to the association and automatically invited to future appointments.
