General
To be able to send a reply to an appointment, you must first open the appointment list. To do this, click on the menu item My appointments. The appointment list is also always automatically the first view when opening the app.
Reply options
There are three options for the reply:

Decline x
You cannot attend the appointment.

Maybe ?
You are not yet sure if you can attend.
Note: This option can be disabled by appointment leaders and is then not available for these appointments.

Accept ✓
You can attend the appointment.
Submit a reply
To submit a reply, you have 2 options:

Reply directly in the appointment list
You have the option to submit a reply to your appointments directly in the appointment list.
In the mobile apps (Android and iOS), you can drag the selected appointment to the left. This will display the reply options from which you can then choose.

If you click on an appointment in the appointment list, you will get to the appointment details. Here you can also see the reply options that you can then choose.

Enter a reason
You can also leave details about your reply in text form for the association leader. To do this, enter the reason in the text field.
Attention: In Android, you must use the Save button in the header to save your reason.
Meet the reply deadline
Each appointment has a reply deadline. This indicates by when the association leader expects a reply. After this time, no reply is possible anymore.
You can find the time until the deadline expires in the appointment overview and in the appointment details.
