If you have a Konzertmeister voucher code, you have the option to redeem it for ordering Konzertmeister subscriptions.

Voucher types

Konzertmeister offers 2 types of vouchers:

• Discounts on initial subscription orders

  These vouchers provide a percentage discount on the initial order of a subscription. These voucher codes are entered during the subscription order process and the discount is deducted from the purchase price of the subscription (see Redeem voucher code).

• Value credit for subscription orders

  These vouchers credit the association with a euro amount, which can then be used for orders or subscription renewals.

Redeem voucher code

Voucher codes can be redeemed in 2 ways:

• Redeeming a voucher with initial Pro subscription order

  When ordering a paid Pro subscription for the first time (also possible after a trial subscription), an input field for entering a voucher code is displayed after selecting the subscription and the billing method. After entering the code, the discount (either as a percentage or as an absolute discount in euros) is deducted from the purchase price of the subscription.

• Redeeming a value credit in the subscription overview

  Voucher codes for value credits in euros can be redeemed in the subscription overview of your association. To do this, you must open the subscription administration and within the association in the Subscription section, scroll down. Here you will find an input field to redeem voucher codes.

  Once a valid value voucher has been redeemed, the voucher amount is credited to the association. This amount then appears in the subscription overview as credit and is automatically applied when ordering Pro subscriptions or for subscription renewals until it is used up. A cash redemption of the value credit is not possible.

Notes and rules for voucher codes

The following notes and rules apply when using voucher codes:

• Credits can only be used for subscription orders and subscription renewals and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Value credits can only be redeemed if there are no outstanding invoices.
• Percentage discounts can only be redeemed when ordering a paid Pro subscription for the first time. The association must not have an active Pro subscription beforehand (trial subscriptions are excluded).
• Vouchers may only be valid within a limited time period or may be limited in quantity.
• There is no entitlement to receive voucher codes.
