General
After you have created an association, members can be invited to the association.
There are two options here:
Important: Invited members are automatically invited to future association appointments. This does not apply to section appointments if the member is not added to the relevant section.
Invite members collectively in the web app
To add multiple members to your association at once, first open the web app and click on your association in the left menu. In the Members area, scroll down to the Import members section.
Choose whether you want to read the email addresses from Text or from a File.
Import email addresses from text
Select the Text view and copy the email addresses into the text field or write them in.
You can also copy entire text passages or areas from an Excel file, as the contained email addresses are automatically recognized in the text.
Then click on Read email addresses.
On the right, all recognized email addresses will be displayed. Email addresses that you do not want to add can be removed before adding by clicking on the trash icon.
With a click on Add members, the members will be added to the association and will receive an invitation by email.
Import email addresses from file
Select the File view and then select a file that contains the email addresses of the members. This can be, for example, a CSV file (e.g. from Google Contacts or Outlook) or another text file.
On the right, all recognized email addresses will be displayed. Email addresses that you do not want to add can be removed before adding by clicking on the trash icon.
With a click on Add members, the members will be added to the association and will receive an invitation by email.
Note
Only files whose data is stored in text format are supported. If the content of the file cannot be read, please open the file with the associated program and import the email addresses manually as text as described in the previous point.
Invite members individually
To invite individual members, follow these steps:

Go to the Association overview and select your association.

Navigate in the association details to the Members area and click on the + button to add a new member.

Enter the member data in the form. Contact information for members can also be loaded directly from your address book in this view.
Important: You can also add members without an email address by only providing a mobile phone number. This is relevant if the member does not have a valid email address. A member without an email address will only receive notifications about appointments if SMS sending is activated when creating the appointment. See Create appointment for more information.
When all data has been entered, click on Add at the top right.
Add member
After successfully adding the member, the person will receive an email to the specified email address. It contains further information on creating a Konzertmeister account (if the member is not yet registered).
Remove members from the association
If a member leaves the association or no longer wants to be managed via the app, they can be removed from the association.
The following explains the options for how members can be removed from the association.
Remove single member
Navigate in the association details to the Members area and click on the member. The member details will open. Now you can click on the pencil icon to Edit member.
In the editing view, you can press the Remove member from association button to remove the member from the association.
Remove multiple members at once
In the member overview of the association, press and hold the member until the Delete button (trash icon) appears in the header. Then you can also select other members that you want to remove from the association. When you have selected all members, press the Delete button in the header and answer the confirmation with Yes.
