If you have a new smartphone, you can simply log in again with your email address and your password.
Your data, memberships and access are preserved when you change devices, because they are linked to your account, not to the device.
So you don't need to be invited again and no one needs to add you to the association again. As soon as you log in, you are automatically reconnected to your previous profile.
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via Forgot password? on the login page (more information in the help article Forgot password).
