When changing a subscription, it may be that the current subscription has not yet been fully used up. The remaining value of the subscription period is calculated proportionally over the unused days. The credit obtained in this way is automatically used up by the system for future invoices. The maximum applicable amount is always credited.
Existing credit is displayed and deducted both during the order and on the invoice.
A payout of the credit is not possible.
