If your association has an active subscription, you have the option at any time to make the following changes to your subscription:
Important: When you make a change to your subscription, your current subscription is terminated and replaced with a new one. The time you have not used in your current subscription will be credited to your association and deducted from future invoices. Thus, changing a subscription does not result in a financial disadvantage for your association. However, the credit can only be used by ordering a subscription. A payout of the credit is not possible.

Change storage package
To change the storage package of your Pro subscription, proceed as follows:

Select Change subscription in the association details in the subscription administration.

In the Payment information view, you can now change the storage package.

By completing the order, the current subscription is terminated. The remaining period of the subscription will be credited to you and a new subscription with the selected options will be started.

You will receive an invoice from us by email. This must be paid within the payment deadline.

Change payment interval
To change the payment interval from monthly to yearly (or vice versa), proceed as follows:

Select Change subscription in the association details in the subscription administration.

In the Payment information view, you can now change the payment interval.

By completing the order, the current subscription is terminated. The remaining period of the subscription will be credited to you and a new subscription with the selected options will be started.

Change package size
If your association gets more members and you need a larger subscription package, you can change the subscription at any time. Conversely, you can of course also switch to a smaller subscription package if you need fewer members. To do this, follow these steps:

Select Change subscription in the association details in the subscription administration.

Select the subscription package and click Order now

Select a storage package and whether you want to make monthly or yearly payments.

By completing the order, the current subscription is terminated. The remaining period of the subscription will be credited to you and a new subscription with the selected options will be started.
