Invoices to the association are always issued with the stored invoice address. The admin of the association has the option to change this invoice address, the additional recipient email and the VAT ID.

To change the invoice address, the additional recipient email and the VAT ID of the association, please follow these steps:
Select your association.

Select the Payment information tab in the association details in the subscription administration.

Change the data in the invoice address. Optionally, you also have the option to specify an alternative association name, which will then be in first place in the invoice address.
You can also specify an additional recipient email. The invoice and any payment reminders will also be sent to this email.
If the invoice recipient has a valid VAT ID, please enter it.
Check the entries in the Invoice address preview and click on Save changes.
Change invoice address
All future invoices will be issued with the changed invoice address.
