Cancelling an active subscription means that no automatic renewal of the subscription will be carried out after the paid interval expires. Until the interval expires, all functions included in the package will continue to be available.
Important: When cancelling a subscription, the unused remaining period of the interval is not financially refunded. The exact regulation including explanation of the right of withdrawal can be found in our terms of use.
To cancel a subscription, follow these steps:

Select Change subscription in the association details in the subscription administration.

You can find the button to cancel at the Basic subscription, as your association will be downgraded to this after the interval expires. Click on Cancel current Pro subscription.

Then you must confirm the cancellation again. Please note that outstanding invoices must also be paid after the cancellation of the Pro subscription.
