As a member with a leader role, you have the option to cancel created appointments and then delete them.
Important: An appointment must first be canceled before it can be deleted. This process was introduced to ensure that members are notified about appointments that are not taking place.
Replies can no longer be given to canceled appointments.
There is also the option to reactivate canceled appointments.
Cancel an appointment
To edit an appointment, go to My appointments and select the appointment to be canceled.
Now the appointment details will open. Click on the Menu button with the three vertical dots at the top right of the appointment.
A context menu with the actions for the appointment will open. If you are the leader of the appointment, you will see the menu item Cancel, which you should select.
A dialog for appointment cancellation will open.
The following options are available:

Yes (inform participants)
The appointment will be canceled and all participants will be notified.

Yes (do not inform participants)
The appointment will be canceled, but no separate notification will be sent.

Cancel
The appointment will not be canceled.
A reason for the cancellation can also be entered (optional).
If the dialog is answered with one of the Yes options, the appointment will be canceled.
If an appointment has been canceled, this is visible in the appointment list under My appointments.
Delete a canceled appointment
After an appointment has been canceled, it can be permanently deleted. To do this, click on the Menu button with the three vertical dots at the top right of the appointment in the appointment details.
A context menu with the actions for the appointment will open. Select Delete and answer the confirmation prompt with Yes to delete the appointment.
Reactivate a canceled appointment
Canceled appointments can also be reactivated. To do this, click on the Menu button with the three vertical dots at the top right of the appointment in the appointment details.
A context menu with the actions for the appointment will open. Select Reactivate and answer the confirmation prompt with Yes to reactivate the appointment.
Reactivated appointments behave as usual again and have no restrictions.
